Ordering and delivery

Can I modify or cancel my order?

 If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for pieces available in stock. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 1–2 weeks, depending on the design — we will contact you via email for your approval before proceeding.

Please note that delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, any delays caused by the freight carrier are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and availability may vary by region.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Afterpay or Paypal. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the Afterpay or Paypal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
