• During peak seasons, preparation times may be slightly longer.
  
• Orders from our Fine Jewellery Collection may require additional preparation time, which will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
  
• Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery, as each piece is thoughtfully prepared and inspected before shipping.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchase Options

• All jewellery is available for purchase directly through our official website.
  
• We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop, Apple pay, and other trusted payment providers.
  
• Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  
• For select pieces, we may offer pre-order or made-to-order options. In these cases, the estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly communicated during checkout.
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our Customer Care Team at info@magnifica.com.
  
• Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  
• Pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these are crafted specifically for you.
  
• In the event of a cancellation, approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow 14- 20 business days for funds to appear in your account.
